How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping and handling is $9.99 for USPS Insured shipment for all orders sent within the United States, regardless of order size or dollar value. A 8.25% State Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped in Illinois.

We ship via USPS Priority International Air Insured to all countries, with the exception of Canada, at a flat cost of $39.99, regardless of order size or dollar value of purchase. Canadian orders are shipped Priority International Air for a flat $29.99. Please note that delivery to foreign countries take 10-30 days for delivery, depending on your location. We will be pleased to quote upgraded shipping options and delivery times upon request.

Some countries tax their residents for imported goods. This tax or duty may be requird to be paid to your Custom's agency and is not included in your purchase made with us. Please consult your local Custom's agency for details on their tax policies for imported sunglass purchases.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item(s) with all warranty papers etc, in it's original condition within the 30 days for a refund, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

We will also accomodate exchanges in the 30 day period, if desired. Restocking fees do not apply for product that is exchanged.

Return Instructions

If you need to return your item(s), please state your reason for the return on your invoice and mail your package back to us insured using a shipping method that allows for package tracking. Please insure that all returns are sent back to us in appropriate packaging that protects the product from damage in transit. Do not use padded envelopes, as they do not provide sufficient product protection. Product received with damaged product or packaging will be denied refund and returned to you. There are options at the Post Office to have a delivery confirmation for an additional $0.35 or insuring your package. Ask your Post Office representative for more details or you may use the services of UPS, Federal Express or another courier service of your choice. Exchanges are also gladly accomodated and restocking fees do not apply. Simply return your sunglasses along with a note indicating which new style you wish to exchange to and we will gladly adjust your order and send you the new sunglasses desired.
